China Natural Gas Industry Association (CNGIA) is a non-government, not-for-profit and voluntary alliance consisting of corporations, institutions, and influential individuals interested in the development and application of natural gas in China. Our interest covers the whole value chain of both conventional gas and non-conventional gas such as shale gas, coal-bed methane and syngas.

 

Headquartered in Beijing, CNGIA acts as a bridge between the industry and regulatory bodies, and maintains steady communications with various industry regulators including the National Energy Administration, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
